In a tense moment during a press conference today President-Elect Joe Biden had to ad lib when his teleprompter failed.
Biden stared at the camera and said, “We will look to establish relations with the people of Upper Volta. They’ve been up there, above the rest of Volta, just waiting for (unintelligible) America. The people of Lower Volta need (unintelligible) and help. Look man, Africa is a big country, lots of diversity and different people, they all need help.” At this point Biden’s shock collar was set off, the teleprompter was fixed and things returned to normal.
