Governor Kate Brown ramped up her warnings toward University of Oregon Duck Fans. In a statement released early this morning she said, “Please, for the love of God and all things decent, you Duck fans just stay inside.”
The governor added, “Shelter in place and don’t mingle among the rest of us. Put on your number 8 jerseys and beat yourselves up for having reached the title game twice, only to lose. Put on the video of the Kenny Wheaton interception versus Washington all those years ago. Watch that video over and over. It’s going to be a long year until you can step back on the field and play the superior Oregon State Beavers again.”
