Oregon Governor Kate Brown introduced her new “Rat on a Beaver” program. The program is designed to help prosecute people for having large holiday gatherings. In an exclusive Leuterers interview Brown said “Come on, we all know Beaver fans who are a little thick in the head. They don’t really emphasize math in Corvallis. If your neighbor is a Beaver and they have Thanksgiving dinner, rat those suckers out. Call the authorities. Have them arrested.”
When questioned further Brown doubled down on her plan. “ This plan is part of our Rat on a Rat program. It’s neighbor on neighbor, Oregonian on Oregonian.” Brown ended by saying, “By the way, if you want to exercise your constitutional rights and head downtown for a little protesting, be safe, wear a mask.”
