Early today outgoing President Trump issued a pardon to Boris and Natasha, the sinister Russian characters in the early 1960’s cartoon program Rocky and Bullwinkle. Trump issued the full pardon via Twitter saying, “Vlad asked me to do it and I did it. I would have even if he didn’t ask me. Boris and Natasha were always my favorites. Rocky and Bullwinkle were idiots, wasting their time, what was in it for them? They were losers and suckers. But Boris and Natasha, this is a beautiful pardon for beautiful people.”
