The one time mayor of New York City held a news conference where he blamed Germany, Venezuela, the 1969 Baltimore Colts, and singer Ethel Merman for the thumping Donald Trump took in the recent election.
During his bizarre rant oil is clearly seen leaking from the side of his head. Leuterers Mechanical Expert Ernie Graziano of Bronx, New York said “I think he needs a valve job or maybe some sort of major overhaul.”
