Man Who Started Computer Company In His Garage Files Bankruptcy

Leuterers Local Business Desk:

Local high tech entrepreneur Bradley Baker has decided to call it quits. Baker, who raised a few million dollars to start his own computer company said the business, “Just never really took off.”

Baker spoke to Leuterers saying, “I had a few good ideas. I had a few bad ideas. The bad outweighed the good and the company just flopped.” Baker explained, “I started out working on my ‘Pavlov’s Dog’ app. Training humans to do tricks at the sound of a bell proved to be too difficult. However with two short rings of the bell my wife could crank out some killer chocolate chip cookies.”

When asked what advice Baker had for budding business-people he said, “Make sure to clean out your garage first. Mine was a little messy.” Baker went on to apologize to his friends, family, and neighbors who together invested a sizable amount of money in his failed enterprise. Baker held back tears, saying, “Gates and those Apple guys started in garages. I thought I could do it too. I’ll never pay any of those people back. It kind of bums me out. Oh well, thanks anyway.”

Baker plans to soon join his brother-in-law in a new out of the garage venture, a mobile mini donut truck.
